Mark Laity is the Director of Communications at SHAPE, NATO’s Military HQ. From 2000, he was for four years the Special Adviser to the NATO Secretary General, Lord Robertson, and NATO’s Deputy Spokesman. As BBC Defence Correspondent for 11 years, he reported from the frontlines of many wars including the break-up of Yugoslavia and the 1991 Gulf War. |
